Willow Tree orders over $49 will receive free shipping.
All orders over $59 will receive Free Ground Shipping (48 Continental United States). PO Box addresses must go through USPS (United States Postal Service) Parcel Post which is also free. Priority Mail has an extra charge.
Yes- we love our military. Orders over $59 will be shipped free of charge by Parcel Post to APO and FPO through the United States Postal Service. No tracking is available for these packages. Priority mail shipments will arrive much faster. Pricing is available at checkout.

Rates for Overnight, 2nd Day & 3 Day Shipping are found at "Check Out" after you have chosen your items and are ready to give us your shipping information.
Orders to PO boxes can only be shipped through United States Postal Services. Unfortunately, there is no option for tracking these packages until they have arrived.
This service is available for most orders, and prices can be found during checkout. Overnight shipping is not available for some rural areas of the country, which we are not aware of until we are shipping the package. The shipper still charges us the same but only guarantees two day.
Shipping times are guaranteed by UPS to arrive within the specified time. We will be glad to refund your shipping cost if we can verify with UPS that your order was not delivered within the specified time. Shipping is not guaranteed when there are weather conditions or mechanical problems beyond UPS's control. Unfortunately, this is at UPS's descression- not ours.
Holiday Exceptions
The UPS Service Guarantee is in effect throughout the holiday season with the following exceptions: Refunds or credits will not be issued for UPS Ground shipments picked up or scheduled to be delivered on Dec. 1 through Dec. 31; and for Air Services shipments, including UPS 3 Day Select® shipments, picked up in the U.S. on Dec. 11 through Dec. 24.

This does not include the day it was shipped, weekends or holidays or if there are mechanical or weather related delays, which UPS, & USPS consider "beyond their control". Sorry, this is at the discretion of the shipping company, not Cherry Lane Keepsakes and we cannot refund shipping in this instance.
Products usually ship within 24 business hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. If there is a problem with your order, or your item is out of stock, we will promptly notify you via the email address you provided with your order.
Most orders ship out the same day, but if your delivery is urgent, please briefly explain your circumstance in the customer comments box found at checkout. We will make every effort to help expedite for urgent situations.

Yes, we ship internationally*. Prices at "check out" are an estimated price, however, we will notify you if the price increases.
Obviously shipping times will vary. If applicable, Cherry Lane Keepsakes is not responsible for duties or customs fees that may apply to your order. We are only charging you for shipping fees.
Refunds for a lost shipment may take up to 60 days for processing. This is due to USPS policies and not Cherry Lane Keepsakes.
Trollbeads only ships to Canada.
When shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico, we offer Priority Mail. Shipping Prices can be found at checkout.
If you'd like items sent to different address, you must place separate orders for each address.
If orders shipped via UPS Ground (that Cherry Lane Keepsakes have paid the shipping on) are refused by the customer, shipping charges (to and from recipient) and any other fees applied by UPS, will be passed along to customer. With USPS there will be a one way charge for refused orders if Cherry Lane paid for the shipping.
Policies
Under no circumstances do we share any personal information with third parties. All personal information is kept within Cherry Lane Keepsakes for our use in processing your orders. As you check out, you are asked if you would like to be on one of our email club lists. If you check this box or leave it checked, you may from time to time receive Special Notifications, Sales Offers or other information from Cherrylane Keepsakes. Never at any time have we, nor will we, sell your email or other personal information to a third party.

Other
We do not have a mailable catalog but we list all items that are currently available on our site. You can, however use our "print catalog" link on our collection pages to print your own. From any page displaying 9 or more images per page, simply click on the [print catalog] link. From there, a new page will open up and ask if you’d like to print.
Ordering
To place an order, browse our site, and click Add to Cart when you see an item that you like. When you're finished click Cart in the top right corner of the screen, and then click the Secure Checout button. Feel free to use our Secure online ordering. Shipping on each order is to a single address and for a single shipment. If it is indicated on our web site that an item will not be available to ship until a certain date, the other items on that order will need to be shipped at the same time, otherwise it will incur an additional shipping charge.
We need your email address to send you confirmations and to enable you to check your order status online. We do not sell or rent your email information to anyone else! Review our Privacy Policy for more details.
Credit Cards
Credit cards are not processed until orders are ready to ship. If item(s) on your order are not in stock, your card will not be charged
until the product has come in and is ready to ship.
Make sure you are using the proper format. You must use a "/" character to separate the numbers. A dash "-" won't work.
We are required to obtain your card verification number in order to process your credit card. It is a further security precaution that many Internet businesses must take. Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express have all sent out notices to their customers, asking them not to purchase from companies that do not require the "CVN" - Card Verification Number. Orders will be sent immediately upon receipt of Money Orders. Orders paid for with a personal check will be held for 3 weeks while the check clears. All items will be held for you. Please include your order number on Check or Money Order.
