I appreciate your invitation to comment on your services and prices.
Your website is very user friendly and your prices are great!
I actually have ordered before but under a different email address.
I did not see a spot on the website for updating an email address or perhaps a question, Is this your first time ordering from us/updating info area. I may have possibly overlooked it.
Your service is very expedient. This order I encountered a problem with one piece where the box was labeled correctly but the product inside was not as labled. As I went to call about the error on the order I was a little concerned regarding the statement about damaged boxes not being returnable as this was the case with the one item of three that was incorrect.
I placed the call and spoke with Alex who took all the appropriate information and was very kind and helpful. He explained the procedure and that a new item would be mailed out. I admittedly was apprehensive but lo and behold I received confirmation of the item being remailed and received it in two business days. Everything was correct with the second mailing. It was the correct item in the correct box and arrived safely.
Thank you so much for your excellent products, awesome prices and wonderful customer service!

I just wanted you to know I was thrilled by your speedy service!! Back in July I ordered the same piece from a different company for my anniversary. It was out of stock at the time and should have been available in a few weeks. In November I got fed up with the other company, did a Google search for the piece, and found your company. I ordered it on Monday and got it on Saturday. It cost me about $5 more than through the other company, but I have it, and my husband could cash in his 4 month old rain check for his anniversary present. He loves the piece. Thanks for the great service.

First of all, thank you for the 5% discount on the next purchase. On the card, you asked for input on the order. Everything about the order was great. Whenever I talked to a service person, from the initial order to any calls I made with questions, the service was great. Shipping was prompt and the packaging was fine. As far as price goes, when you order snowbabies the price is always the same no matter where you go. The name on the order was Robert Kiselyak, order # 425943. When it comes time to order again, you'll be first on the list.

I just wanted to tell you what a pleasant experience it was ordering from you. I ordered a Williraye Santa for my mother-in-law for Christmas and the same day I placed the order, it was shipped! What prompt service! I had been tracking it and it was supposed to arrive on Monday, so what a surprise that it arrived today. Your prices, even with shipping, are the best that I could find. It's also kind of you to extend a 5% returning customer discount on my next order and I don't have to order by a certain date or enter a promo code. I certainly will look at Cherrylane Keepsakes first next time. Thanks so much.
